A building project between Ripon and Harrogate has been named as a regional finalist in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Awards.
Church Farm is a residential development of nine houses, with two converted from the original farm buildings.
Nominated by Harrogate firm Architecture One Eight, the scheme has been shortlisted in the residential development category for the Yorkshire and Humber region.
The RICS Awards showcase inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction and infrastructure.
Entries are shortlisted across five categories – residential development, community benefit, heritage, public sector and refurbishment-revitalisation.
