Four townhouses built on the site of the former Ripon Cathedral Choir School are expected to go on the market this summer.
The Old Grandstand development has been carried out by Harrogate-based Artium Group Ltd and is expected to be completed in August.
A spokesperson for the firm told the Stray Ferret construction work began in November last year after it acquired the site from previous owner Persimmon Homes.
Persimmon, which originally lodged plans to convert the building into 12 flats, has built more than 100 homes near the former school on St Wilfrid’s View.
A Persimmon spokesperson said "all the houses have been sold" at the site.

The townhouses will be put on the market next month for between £625,000 and £650,000.
Each house has four bedrooms, a garden and parking spaces.

The building was originally constructed as a 19th century grandstand overlooking the old race course.
It was converted into two semi-detached dwellings in the early 20th century and the choir school operated there from 1960 to 2012.
The school planned to merge with another local preparatory school, but the proposal fell through.

The former Harrogate Borough Council approved Persimmon's original plans in May 2022.
The plans had been revised after previous proposals attracted 68 objections.
