If traffic is moving well or it’s at a standstill then we will let you know with our updates every 15 minutes.
Good morning, it's wet and windy out there so take care on the roads this morning. I'll be here with updates every 15 minutes to let you know how the roads and transport links are.
Surface water and debris will be on the roads today, so be careful.

The traffic following an accident on the A1 (M) near Collingham is now back to normal.
Traffic Hotspots:
- Dishforth Road, near Ripon, from New Road to Strait Lane – road closure both ways
Traffic is building in these areas:
- Skipton Road near Dragon Parade
- Wetherby Road backing up to Kestrel roundabout
- Leeds Road near M&S Harrogate
- Ripon city centre roads
- Church Lane near to Kirby Hill school
Temporary traffic lights in place:
- Otley Road, Harrogate, from Cold Bath Road to Harlow Moor Road
- Knaresborough Road near the Empress roundabout
- Knaresborough High Street
- Boroughbridge Road, Knaresborough, near the Texaco Garage and Bar Lane
- Studley Road on B6265, Ripon, at Mallorie Park Drive

- Services on the Harrogate to York, Knaresborough and Leeds routes look to be affected.

- Buttersyke Bar roundabout, particularly coming from the A658 from North Rigton
- York Place, Harrogate
- Otley Road heading into Killinghall
